Main Line is built for every body and every mind. Here's how we try to make that real — for the people who order from us and the people who work here.
Sensory-friendly
We keep the music low and the lighting soft, and we run Quiet Hours where we turn things down further still — times are posted in-store and on our Instagram.
The menu stays predictable, every item is clearly labelled, and there is always a quieter corner to sit in. If a loud machine is about to run and you need a moment, just tell us — we will wait.
Our team
We are proud to employ disabled, blind and neurodivergent people. We shape the job around the person — the tools, the pace and the support — not the other way round.
It is not a gesture. It is who we are, and it makes the place better for everyone who walks in.
Ordering, made easy
Every product lists its allergens up front. On screen, the button in the bottom-left corner lets you make the text bigger, raise the contrast and calm the motion.
There is step-free access at the hatch, and our team are happy to read the menu aloud, give you time, or take your order whatever way suits you best.
Access needs are personal, and we would rather you tell us than guess. Mention anything that would help — when you order, by phone, or ahead of time — and we will sort it.
