App
Last updated: 5 August 2026
Main Line is the app for a café on Sandown Road in Watford. You use it to order coffee and food for collection, collect loyalty stamps, and keep a small wallet balance. It is rated 9+ on the App Store.
There is no gambling, no chat, no social feed, no user-generated content and no third-party advertising in it. The rest of this page explains that in more detail.
Two things in the app relate to health and wellness, and we declared both rather than leave them for someone to find.
The daily reward gives a random outcome, but nothing is staked on it: it is free, it needs no purchase, it cannot be bought, and there is nothing to bet or lose. You cannot play it more than once a day and you cannot pay to play it again.
Treat Match, in the Kids Zone, is a matching game scored on how well you match. There are no coins to win or spend, no jackpot, and nothing to buy.
There is no real-money betting, no simulated gambling and no loot boxes anywhere in the app.
The app sells real food and drink for real money, for collection from the café. There are no in-app purchases of virtual items, no subscriptions required to use it, and no purchase is needed to browse the menu or place a collection order.
Wallet credit can only be spent with us, on food and drink. It is not transferable and it is not exchangeable for cash.
The app has no parental controls of its own, because there is nothing in it to restrict: no chat, no other users, no browsing, no advertising and no mature content. The one thing worth knowing is that it can take payment, so if a child uses your device we would suggest the usual iOS protections — Screen Time, and requiring Face ID, Touch ID or a password for purchases.
Accounts are optional. You can browse the menu and order for collection without one.
If you do create an account, you can delete it yourself from inside the app: open the Account tab and use Delete my account at the bottom. It removes your personal details straight away. Past orders are kept for our accounting, but are separated from you and stripped of any location data.
What we collect and why is set out in full in our Privacy Policy.
