Your data
Applies to the Main Line app and mainlineprovisions.co.uk — they are one account.
Sign in, open your account, and scroll to Danger zone at the bottom. Choose “Delete my account” and confirm. It takes effect immediately.
In the app it is the same screen: the Account tab, then Danger zone.
Email hello@mainlineprovisions.co.uk from the address you signed up with and ask us to delete your account. We will confirm your identity and respond within one month, as UK GDPR requires. You do not need the app installed.
Deleted outright: your loyalty account and its full points history, including every stamp; your saved favourites; your daily reward history and any promotional claims; the device tokens used to send you notifications; your link to our payment provider; any household you created; and any reward redemptions, activity history and notes held against you.
You also come off our mailing list and off the launch waitlist, along with the IP address recorded when you joined them. Both are keyed to your email address rather than your account, so they are matched and removed by address.
Your profile is stripped — name, email, phone, birthday, allergens and dietary preferences, and every marketing or consent setting. Your sign-in email is replaced and the login is permanently disabled, so the account cannot be recovered or reopened.
Loyalty points and wallet credit are forfeited. They are not refundable and cannot be restored, so spend them before you delete.
Past orders, reservations, wallet transactions and any subscription billing record are retained for accounting and tax, which UK law requires. Every one of them is unlinked from you first, and orders are stripped of the location data collected when you were on your way — what remains is a transaction, not a person. Custom cake enquiries have your name, email and phone removed.
If you hold a physical stamp card, the card itself stays on our system so it can be reissued, but your name and the link to your account are removed from it.
If someone referred you, or you referred them, that record is kept for the other person with your side of it blanked. Once neither of you is on it, it is deleted.
The log of which marketing emails were sent is kept with your address replaced, because deleting the rows outright would quietly rewrite how past campaigns appear to have performed. What is left records that an email went out, not who it went to.
Payments are handled by Stripe, which keeps its own records under its own retention rules. Deleting your Main Line account does not delete those; see our privacy policy.
You can also ask for a copy of your data, or have it corrected or restricted, rather than deleted outright. Email the same address, or read the privacy policy for the full list of your UK GDPR rights and how to complain to the ICO.
